Erica Sara Probst is Head of Sales for YouTube UKI and is responsible for setting the platform’s go-to-market sales strategy. She works closely with product and sales teams to support advertisers and agencies. Passionate about the evolving media landscape and changes to customer behaviour, she works with brands to help deliver greater ROI and effectiveness for their brand campaigns.

Previously Erica has worked across advertising agencies, branding consultancies, and ecommerce companies. She joined Google 10 years ago and has since worked across GMP and YouTube.

Originally from the US, in her spare time she’s an avid skier (having grown up in Denver CO). She recently relocated to Kent where she’s enjoying local vineyards and beachers. She’s also passionate about sustainability and locally sourced organic produce.
